- Agave syrup or nectar contains 84% fructose, 8% glucose, 8% sucrose aand is made from the Mexican Agave cactus
- Apple juice concentrate contains 60% fructose, 27% glucose, 13% sucrose and is made by cooking down apple sauce.
- Brown sugar is contains 97% sucrose, 1% fructose, 1% glucose is made from granulated white sugar with a small amount of molasses.
- Corn syrup contains 8% to 96% glucose, 0% fructose, 0% sucrose and is a liquid made from cornstarch.
